Courtney Pong

Owner & General Manager

Courtney Pong (she/her) has been teaching improv as an applied skill and performing improv comedy professionally for over 21 years. From the Bay Area to the Bay State, she has been trusted to design and lead team building workshops and entertainment offerings across a wide variety of industries and brands, from Ocean Spray, The Boston Red Sox, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to GE Aviation, Deloitte, and Harvard University.

She’s been recognized as a Boston Business Journal 40 under 40 Honoree, and featured in Boston Magazine and Inc. Magazine as an AAPI thought-leader in live entertainment and entrepreneurship.

Courtney hails from San Francisco, with 15 years of experience in Public Relations and Marketing.

Today, Courtney is the Owner and General Manager of CSz Boston, as well as the owner of The Rozzie Square Theater, the only woman-owned and AAPI-owned comedy venue in Boston.

Leadership & Press

She regularly spends her time volunteering with local and national organizations and initiatives that focus on empowering BIPOC/WOC/Women leadership and entrepreneurship, such as Boston Girls' Leadership Organized Women (GLOW) and ASPIRE: Asian Sisters Participating in Reaching Excellence (ASPIRE).

She is currently serving her second 3-year term on the Board of Directors for Roslindale Village Mainstreet.

She has been recognized as a Boston Business Journal 40 under 40 Honoree, an annual award that highlights the city’s best and brightest young professionals.
